Kathryn is a social impact communications expert and the CEO & Principal Consultant of LeBlanc (& co.) Communications. A trusted strategist, media trainer, and speaker, she helps mission-driven organizations, movements, and campaigns communicate with clarity and achieve meaningful results. Kathryn has led campaigns that secured $100 million in government funding for 2SLGBTQI+ communities and over $1 billion in investment to expand access to childcare. A former Parliamentary Press Secretary, Kathryn now leverages her experience in politics to support civil society campaigns.
Leading the LeBlanc (& co.) Communications team, Kathryn serves clients in nonprofits, philanthropy, labour, the public sector, and values-aligned businesses. Working at the intersection of business and social impact, Kathryn has grown LeBlanc (& co.) to a full-time team of six staff with clients in Canada, the US, UK, the Netherlands, and Sierra Leone.
Known for her lifelong commitment to human rights, Kathryn has consulted for YWCA Canada, Oxfam Canada, the Fund for Global Human Rights, Mama Cash, AWID, Action Canada for Sexual Health & Rights, the Canadian Council for Refugees, Queer Momentum, the Dignity Network – and many other incredible clients. Notably, Kathryn has worked for human rights-focussed philanthropy clients in Canada and globally on strategy, campaigns, and donor influencing.

As our Operations Director, Jen brings a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to how our team works. She manages the systems, timelines, and processes that keep projects organized and on track. With a background in project management, marketing, and design services, Jen supports both the strategic and day-to-day operations of the agency.
Jen is the steady force behind our internal coordination, making sure the right pieces are in place so our team can do their best work, ensuring exceptional results for every client. Her expertise makes LeBlanc (& co.) Communications' work run smoothly for our clients in nonprofit, philanthropy, labour, and in the public sector.
In addition to her excellence in logistics, Jen's leadership on our company strategy and internal human resources is indispensable.
Before joining LeBlanc (& co.) Communications, Jen was self employed for ten years.

Robin Richardson-Dupuis is an interdisciplinary designer and illustrator based in Ottawa, on unceded Algonquin Anishinaabe territory. Equally talented in brand and web design, Robin is interested in creating delight through visually rich and expressive digital experiences and brands. With over 10 years experience, Robin has led rebrands for local and national organizations in a range of values-aligned fields.
Robin’s work is informed by the principles of design justice, accessibility, and decolonization, and she strives to listen deeply and communicate responsibly in the context of any design problem.
Robin sustains a design practice centered on supporting community through graphic and web design, as well as a personal art practice that has received viral reception online. When she's not designing, you can find Robin tending to her plants, running by the river, and making music.

Originally from the UK and now based in Toronto, Deepa is a communications strategist with extensive experience in campaigns, digital mobilization, and values‑driven storytelling across the nonprofit and social impact sectors. She is committed to building amore equitable world through meaningful communications strategy and messaging, helping organizations to drive positive change.
Deepa has partnered with nonprofits and social impact organizations in both Canada and the UK, with a focus on 2SLGBTQ+ equality, healthcare, and the arts. Her work combines strategic clarity with ethical storytelling, ensuring that communications uplift communities and advance inclusive narratives.
Previously, as Campaigns Manager at Stonewall - the UK’s leadingLGBTQ+ human rights organization - Deepa led high‑impact national campaigns that mobilized public audiences, driving supporter engagement to influence policy outcomes and strengthen public support for LGBTQ+ rights.
In her current role, Deepa leads on communications strategies, impactful messaging, and compelling campaigns for a range of mission‑aligned clients. She supports organizations to build confidence and capacity for communications through trainings, practical tools, and actionable recommendations. Her approach is collaborative, values‑rooted, and designed to help teams communicate with clarity, purpose, and measurable impact.

Bryce (they/she) is a designer based in Winnipeg, Treaty 1 Territory with over a decade of design experience creating thoughtful, high-impact work for values-driven clients. They specialize in brand identity and campaign development.
With a wide range of experience, Bryce has designed everything from trade show booths to YA novel jackets. With deep roots in both agency and nonprofit environments, they understand how to support communications teams with high quality, strategy-led design. Their work is grounded in accessibility and inclusivity, ensuring that design solutions are not only eye-catching, but that the broadest array of people are able to engage with them.
Bryce is committed to social purpose work, and brings a collaborative spirit, an inclusive perspective, and a dedication to getting the job done right.

Katie Sheedy is a designer and illustrator, based in Renfrew, Ontario. Katie is passionate about creating accessible and engaging work.
